Assessment Before Action
We look before we proceed. The condition of your watch is described to you — along with what that means for the service — before any work begins. You decide.
Movement-Appropriate Lubrication
Different lubricants serve different purposes within a movement. We apply period- and type-appropriate oils in the quantities the movement design requires — not in excess.
Timing Documentation
Movement cleaning and regulation services include a timing certificate recording the watch's performance at completion. This is a document you can keep alongside the watch.
No Artificial Urgency
Regulation requires a settling period. We allow it. We won't return a watch that hasn't had time to stabilise, even if that means a longer turnaround than a client hoped for.

Tools That Suit the Work
Good watchmaking tools extend the accuracy of skilled hands. The ultrasonic cleaning bath removes old lubricant residue from component surfaces that hand cleaning cannot reach. The timing machine provides objective measurement data for the regulation process, rather than relying on subjective observation.
Torque tools for case back service mean that sealing is consistent and specification-based — relevant when the watch will be worn in Penang's humidity. This is equipment chosen because it produces better outcomes, not because it looks impressive.

Pricing That Reflects the Work
Our service prices are fixed and transparent. Movement cleaning and regulation is MYR 1,650, reflecting the labour involved in disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, and multi-day regulation. Gasket service is MYR 480. Bracelet adjustment starts at MYR 450.
We don't offer the lowest prices in Penang, and we're not trying to. What we offer is a service priced honestly for what it actually entails — and a pre-service assessment at no cost, so you can decide whether it makes sense before committing.

Same-Day Bracelet Sizing
Bracelet adjustments are completed in a single visit in most cases. Bring your watch in, have your wrist measured, and collect it the same day — properly fitted, with the removed links wrapped and returned to you.

We assess your watch's condition, share what we find, and give you a clear picture of what each service option would involve before you commit to anything. There is no charge for this conversation.
Humidity-Conscious Gasket Service
